Roof Treatment for Moss, Mould & Lichen
A Roof treatment is the best option when your roof has growth such as moss, mould and lichen.
We apply an effective solution to the affected areas. We ensure that our treatment is safe for your roof, your property, and the environment.
The roof treatment is left on the roof and over a 4-6 week period will kill off the growth which then weathers away over 8-12 months. This keeps your roof free of moss, mould and lichen for up to 18 months. This is a cheaper option than a Roof Wash but does take longer to see the results. It also uses less water and one man can complete this in a couple of hours.
Option #2
Roof Cleaning / Roof Wash
Instead of spraying a treatment on your roof we instead use our water blasting machines to wash away the mould, moss and lichen.
We can also apply a roof treatment afterwards to prevent grime returning so quickly.
Roof cleaning gives an instant result, however uses a lot more water is more time consuming and more expensive. This is a good option if you want instant results and you might be selling your property or getting your roof ready to be painted.

We are on tank water. Is my water safe to drink after the roof cleaning service is completed?
We recommend disconnecting your downpipes from the water tank and that you don’t reconnect them until there has been at least 25mls of rain.
